Not being a regular gym person and suffering with fibromyalgia syndrome, I found just working was a challenge so moving more seemed impossible. Accidents, repetitive motions, lifestyle, stress, sleeping issues and hormonal changes are all contributing factors on how we feel, move and live. I get it, lived it and learned from it.

I get it. 20 years ago, I was there too. Shifting from defeat to hope, I learned about healthy food choices and tailored movements for my body, how posture, brain health and even hormones can effect our bodies physically.
Now, I'm here to share my transformation programs with you.
The reality is that you are unique and complex. We all are in our own ways. Your lifestyle, habits and even injuries or repetitive movements can affect your health. Do you find yourself looking for answers and expecting the same results as others?
Ynot in our 20's anymore and life happens. The further away from birth the more our hormones change and our bodies change with out us even realizing it. Stress can be a good thing as it gets us out of bed and creates an uncomfortability to want more and make our dreams to a reality. Too much stress can affect us physiologically as well. Through digestive issue, headaches, sleep issues and create even chronic health problems.
Shift Your Posture Transformation Programs are unique in that transformations take time and effort. Having someone that understands you and your needs goes a long way to your success.
Research indicates that it takes 21 days to change a habit. This is true when it comes to moving the garbage can but it takes a daily decisions of health habits over a longer period of time to realize how far you have come. Cells in your body regenerate at different timeframes so even nutritional changes can't just be that one good day of healthy decisions.

Tammy has a vast understanding of the human body and the interactions between nerves, muscles, bones and ligaments.
Tammy has been helping me with my hyper mobility (or hyper flexibility) for over a year. I have pretty loose ligaments, and sometimes things pop out of joint, my hips when I go for long walks over uneven ground, my shoulders when I reach higher or in ways my body isn’t built for. Tammy is able to get them back in when they pop out, and we’ve been doing exercises every week that strengthen them and help prevent my hyper mobility from causing me pain. She has reduced my pain multiple times, and the preventative exercises we do will help me as I get older to keep my body as healthy as possible.
